With more than 30 years of leadership, management, programming, sales and promotion experience, we can help you make an impact.
Joe is the founder and president of Renaissance Communications. He is an executive producer of the nationally syndicated radio program “Keep the Faith,” the #1 faith-based music radio show in the country, heard nationally in over 200 markets and numerous countries overseas with a weekly audience of 1.5 million.
Prior to forming Renaissance in 1992, Joe was vice-president of Communicom Corp. of America, the parent company of WWDJ/ New York, WZZD/Philadelphia and KSLT/San Antonio. Joe served on the board of the Gospel Music Association (GMA) for 20 years, and 14 years as Chairman of the Steering Committee for the National Christian Radio Seminar (now renamed CMB), a division of the Gospel Music Association.

A veteran Project Manager, Wendy handles many of the numerous projects for Renaissance Communications. She is the main contact for Steve Brown’s radio broadcasts, “Key Life”, “You Think About That” and “Steve Brown Etc.” which are heard daily on hundreds of stations nationwide. Wendy also works with Prison Fellowship on their Angel Tree projects, coordinating ad buys and asset delivery to radio stations involved in the campaigns. Because of her long standing relationships with broadcasters and knowledge of Christian radio, Wendy manages and implements all of the Radio Advertising Campaigns for our movies, Fathom events and other projects.
Before Renaissance, Wendy was the Promotions Director for WWDJ/New York for 15 years. In this capacity, she coordinated special events and on-air promotions, produced station communications and the station’s monthly concert series. Perhaps one of her most demanding roles was that of producer for WWDJ’s highly successful Christian music beach festival – Big Splash attended by 10,000+ and held annually at the Jersey Shore.
Joining Renaissance in 1996, Joe came on board to augment our efforts in project management, radio production and graphic design. Prior to Renaissance, Joe was a student at Greenville College (now University) in Illinois. We came to know Joe through Bob Briner. In 1995, Joe worked with Briner as production liaison and co-host for Briner's nationally syndicated radio show, Roaring Lambs — produced by Renaissance Communications. Joe graduated cum laude from Greenville in 1996 with a BA in Mass Communication.
Currently, his work for Renaissance includes radio marketing, writing, production and consultation on all our movie, home entertainment and video-on-demand promotions; as well as consulting on many of the various other clients and projects that Renaissance has and has had the pleasure to work with.
Terri joined the Renaissance team in December 2016 to take over the business manager and bookkeeping part of our company. She had previously worked in the insurance industry and corporate America before being a stay at home mom for 15 years. Prior to joining Renaissance, she worked for Pine Hill Tree Service. Terri handles all our in house accounts receivable/payable, payroll, 401K, as well as the accounting for projects and the daily, monthly and quarterly reporting for Renaissance. When she is not managing her work at Renn, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Scheduling and keeping track of our Keep the Faith syndicated radio shows is no easy task. There are currently several shows available during the week and weekend all which have to be scheduled differently. Because Tricia is so together she does this with ease.
Tricia’s attention to detail, along with her expertise of creative Traffic Scheduling, problem solving, writing up Broadcast Agreements/Traffic Orders & Promo Copy writing makes her a valuable part of our Team. Tricia also offers her support in the office and at all of our events. She has been with Renaissance for the past 16 years. Prior to that Tricia worked for Ron Hutchcraft at Metropolitan Youth for Christ and also for WWDJ radio as a Sales Assistant and Traffic Manager.
Tricia is very grateful to serve the Lord through her work at Renaissance. In her spare time she is devoted to Music Ministry & loves spending time with her beloved family, fur baby, Gracey & friends.
Danielle started off as an intern for Renaissance the summer before her senior year of college. She loved it so much that she started working at Renaissance full-time just a few months after she graduated suma cum laude from Eastern University with a degree in interpersonal communications. She began as the social media coordinator and created different social media pages for Renn but now wears many hats for the company. When she is not managing social media for the company or Joe B, she is either working on Key Life, Nielsen, Sight and Sound or one of our current events.
