Renaissance has designed and produced the radio campaigns for significant one-off events such as festivals, rallies, concerts, etc. Along with the radio promotion to drive attendance and awareness, the Renaissance team works with the event planners to design and implement an on-site live broadcast for maximum visibility on a national platform.
Renaissance’s president and founder Joe Battaglia has produced and syndicated a number of radio specials and conceptualized a string of “firsts” throughout his career. He created the broadcast model and produced and syndicated the first live, national programs for:
Renaissance has produced live national broadcasts from Red-Carpet Events for a number of movie premieres, such as Jonah: A Veggie Tales Movie, The Polar Express, Facing the Giants, Fireproof, Courageous, Soul Surfer, Charlotte’s Web, Grace Card and more. In these cases, Renaissance produces a live radio event securing major Christian radio networks and syndicated programs to be on-site with us originating their programming from that venue. This synergy of aggregating major networks for a live remote broadcast can provide multi-millions of last minute impressions the night of or night before a release. This effort can be combined with a fly-away promotion for these networks to augment their on-air impressions, which Renaissance will also secure and manage.
Renaissance put together a radio campaign for FTS 2023 which was a free event that took place at the Gaylord Memorial Stadium at the University of Oklahoma. This event featured speakers and artists such as Nick Hall, Kari Jobe, Chandler Moore and Chance the Rapper.

Renaissance planned and executed a strategic radio campaign for Pulse’s historic event, TOGETHER, in 2016 that took place on the National Mall and had about one million people in attendance. Renaissance also organized our radio partners to be on-site for interviews with different artists and speakers.
Renaissance handled the radio promotion for Luis Palau’s historic CityFest which took place in Central Park and had over 60,000 Christians in attendance. In addition to the radio ad campaign, Renaissance also organized and brought together different stations to be on-site doing live broadcasts from the event which included interviews with some of the artists and speakers.
Renaissance planned and executed the launch of The Garden, The Garden Children's Bible and The Garden App at the Museum of the Bible in Washington D.C. This fun event for families included a meet and greet with the creator of the show, the premiere of an episode and a special appearance by The Garden’s two main characters Lenny the Lion and Lucy the Lamb!
